§Work effectively with the CEO to develop long-term strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established company goals and supports its revenue and profitability targets.

§Identify competitor's strategies and pricing trends/ provide direction on work winning and next steps Preparing and implementing technical presentations to prospective clients.

§Estimating  project cost & revenue and working on a best-use analysis according to land legal dues before selecting any land which that increase the profit from 10% to 20% for each project.

§Determining and managing project priorities to ensure effective application / allocation of resources and achieve project outcomes, delivery benchmarks, project budget targets and company revenue/profit objectives for projects.

§Managing , negotiating and Resolving complex technical design issues with the design consultants to reach the maximum benefit.
