Responsibility for quality and food safety for the Qassim region and Hail for all types of stores and (District center and central bakery, more than twenty-five stores, (hypermarkets and supermarket).

Responsibility for Audit and evaluation procedures for suppliers

Training all employees on food safety and quality programmers.

Work to solve all critical issues in the stores.

Application system for ISO22000:2005.

Application Prerequisite Program for HACCP (GMP, SSOP, Pest Control, Traceability, Training.)

Audit work on the company's exhibitions and stores.
