 Attending and discussing the weekly progress project meeting with Client, contractors & subcontractors.
 Produced and revised CAD Drawings, Layouts as Per Client Requirements,
 Reviewing and approving subcontractors' prequalification, Materials submittals (MAT), and Shop
drawings(SD), All Calculations, as per project documents/IFC Designs, regulations, and Standard
(ASHRAE, NFPA, CDA, ETC).

 Making non-conformance report (NCR) & Site Instructions if the contractor not following/using
the project specs/MIR during installations.
 Inspecting Work Inspection Requests(WIR).
 Inspecting Material Inspection Requests(MIR).
 Inspecting Mockup sample works.
 Clarifications to Contractor’s RFIs, Review/ approve key technical submittals related to Mechanical
works.
 Reviewing and approving the Method statements(MS) which is submitted by Contractor.
 Inspecting Installations of Piping of Firefighting, Ducting, plumbing pipes (Supply, Drainage,
Perforated, Solid waste Management system, Risers, all mechanical equipment’s etc.
 Evaluating contractor's rate of work through reviewing the daily report and manpower allocations
to ensure work progress matches with the project schedule and baseline program.
 Conduct site inspections and condition assessments of the building's mechanical, HVAC, plumbing,
Fire Protection, etc.
 Reporting to the Project Manager.
 Coordinating direct activities with the other Consultant engineers and members of the
construction supervision team.
 Coordinating with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
 Ensuring the safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety
procedures on the project.
 Using the basic knowledge of cost trends, change management, claims, and other constructionrelated
matters to ensure compliance with project standards and those put forth in other contract
documents for timely completion and quality product.
 Having good relationship with clients, clarifying the Queries of client engineers.
