Karthikeyan Ganesh

I am a Civil Engineer with strong academic skills in completing a master’s degree in Applied Construction and Cost Management. Focusing on both technical and managerial skills, started a career as project coordinator in a growing construction company. Leading multiple projects at a time and being a key performer in both commercial and execution teams. Developing my career, and moved on to geospatial engineering, performing the lead role in the 3D scanning & modelling department. Involved in site survey work, 3D scanning, point cloud data generation and QAQC for modelling. Experienced in using different equipment such as Total station, GPS, Laser scanner & GPR. A confident and engaging communicator, able to work well both independently and as a part of a team combining a high level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills. 

I have been worked for various projects in India, Gulf (Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi) and also in Ireland. My experience in the Industry is about 7 years includes both offshore and onshore projects. Being a lead project coordinator in a well developing company played a vital role in both commercial and execution part of the project. Communicated with client and sub contractors directly and to lead the project as per requirement. I was leading several projects at a same time with successful tracking record and team management.

Being a good communicator,  organized the meetings with client, sub-contractors and also the internal meetings. Handled projects at site as a lead scanning engineer simultaniously processed the scanned data at office for successful project close out. I also worked for the development for the organization and which helped me to attain higher grade in my career in a short term period. 

My computer skills were also the stepping stone to develop my career. I am well experienced in MS package, AutoCAD, LFM packages, Cyclone  and other modelling software's (navisworks and microstation) using point cloud data. As a Civil engineer and lead scanning engineer I will be more productive on my role. I will be more helpful in performing the Site Survey, preparation of schedule, preparation of survey reports and guidance. I will always work for achieveing the project successfully with Quality, Cost and Time.

I am an Engineering graduate, i have completed my bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering from later and later have completed my Master's degree in Construction Management from Ireland.
