Looking for a position as Food Technologist. Enthusiastic to generating new product ideas and to enroll in new experiences, preferably in food engineering sector where my creative initiative, ideas and a genuine enthusiasm would allow me to progress and share my knowledge, willing to improve my experience to be able to progress along with new projects.
I am seek a challenging job that will allow me to satiate my passion in the food technology, where I could unleash my skills and abilities with mutual growth perspectives with my potential exposures to the latest technology.

1-month internship at Tayyebat Company, South Lebanon - Adloun highway.
Gained well acquired knowledge in production of different types of frozen French fries, in addition to experience gained in Research and Development Department.
I had followed all the production process from the loading of the raw tubers until the packaging. I tested the final product quality (length, defects, texture, maturation, oil absorption...). I used the moisture analyzer to test the solid content of raw fries. I was also responsible of checking the Total Polar Material of the oil (TPM) which must not exceed 20%. I had also been responsible of checking the viscosity of the coating batter as well as the pH of the starch. In addition, I had done daily auditing and inspections around the production line and presented daily reports about my tour in the faculty.
Besides, I gained a great experience in the Reseadch & Development Department. I had done several researches about Metal Detector, Food Grading, Acrylamide, and I proposed a new product which is Ready to Eat French Fries.

Master Degree in Food Science & Technology in Lebanese University.  Title of the thesis: Sustainable production of phycocyanin from Arthrospira platensis: Process simulation and techno-economic analysis.
