·        Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer equipped with extensive experience (14 yrs.) of maintenance, operation and reliability of range of rotating equipment installed on Oil and Gas and Petrochemical plants.

·        Indepth knowledge of Technical Document review , witnessing FAT and SAT,  Erection and Commissioning of upcoming Rotating Equipment.

·        Knowledge of all safety aspects involved in a running Plant as Work- Permit management, HSEF guidelines / requirements, Confined entry Procedure, Safety Audits, Mock Drill & Worker-Toolbox trainings.

·        Specific experience in Crude, DHT, Hydrogen, Coker, CFP & Sulfur units of the refining complex.

·        Exposure to various international standards such as API 618, API  610, API 682, API 687, API 617, API 686

·        Employs excellent leadership skills and multi-tasking strengths.

·        Demonstrated ability to improve reliability and availability resulted in cost and time saving.

·        Maintaining Safe-operation, Reliability and Efficiency of all rotating equipment in covered area by applying different maintenance strategies and monitoring techniques.

·        Assess the impact of process parameter changes on rotating equipment health and performance and guide operation and maintenance team accordingly

·        Performing condition monitoring, analysis, diagnosis and release recommendations.

·        Providing technical support to Maintenance team during maintenance and overhauling of rotating equipment and lead decision making process as and when required.

·        Review Technical quotes and documentations of upcoming equipment and proposed upgrades on existing equipment.

·        Communicate to OEMs and Vendors for required technical support.

·        Witness FAT, SAT and provide technical support for Commissioning activities of new rotating equipment installed in new project.

·        Document maintenance history of critical equipment by preparing and issuing maintenance, overhauling and Root cause analysis reports.

·        Perform condition Monitoring and troubleshooting activities using online monitoring systems like PI, ASPEN Tech and BN System 1

·        Prepare and review Company standards and procedure documents.

·        Led the team of engineers, motivate and coach employees under training to achieve goals.

·        Conduct RCA, FMEA, FRACAS and Troubleshooting for issues related to Rotating Equipment and System

·        Reviewing MOCs affecting Rotating Equipment and systems

·        Participate and contribute in organization level programs, such as Operation Excellence, PMO and CoPs.

·        Prepare technical papers, bulleting and presentations. Present them while participating in technical conferences for the purpose of knowledge sharing and enhancement

·        Suggest spare parts for critical rotating equipment while overhauling. Also audit availability of critical spare and preservation condition.

·        Develop QA/QC standards for rotating equipment repair.

·        Identify Bad actor and Money drainer equipment and issue reports reflecting root cause and remedy.

·        Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers for providing timely delivery of technical solutions.

·        Implement the best-in-class solutions pertaining to the rotating equipment, as foreseen by international standards and other internal company standards.

·        Prepare and issue reliability KPI reports.
