Project Description: The project was executed with view of installation, commissioning and PAT of Ciena 6500 (DWDM), CN5430 (OTN), CN5150 (CESD)

Project Description: The project was executed with view of installation, commissioning and AT of ALU DWDM and OTN equipment

Project Description: The project was executed with view of physical installation, simulation testing, and acceptance testing of Motorolla PTP broadband system

Key Responsibilities and Highlights: Provided Planning, designing, on-site installation, commissioning and testing support during project implementation. Ensured that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Coordinated internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Assisted in the definition of project scope and objectives, involved all relevant stakeholders and ensured technical feasibility.

 

  • Managed changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measured project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Built and maintained relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Established and maintained relationships with third parties/vendors and prepared comprehensive project documentation.
  • Led entire gamut of activities across optical transmission domain (DWDM, OTN, and SDH).
  • Ensured smoothly execution of Aramco Project and handled wireless radio replacement and migration of existing wireless system to newly installed wireless setup for SCADA system in Eastern region KSA.
  • Successfully managed functions pertaining to new installation, commissioning, testing, site handover, documentation, etc. coupled with contribution in pre-sales activities.
