August 2014 to Present: Khobar, Saudi Arabia:  Employed by Painite Co. Operation and Maintenance assigned as Head Maintenance. Duties include contributions to the functions of other departments. Maintain the inventory of tools and hire workers. Provides training that covers equipment, techniques and procedures for a building or complex's various systems. Assisting employees with related administrative and human resources issues. Maintenance-related duties include performing initial evaluations of building systems and distributing work assignments. Evaluating each worker's performance to ensure quality operations; investigating accidents and prepare relevant reports. Managing the maintenance all public facilities and housing units to ensure that units and facilities are maintained in a safe and reasonable manner.  Overseeing and coordinating with the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, swimming pool and other building systems. Evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed. Organizing my staff schedules and assigns daily work activity. Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs.  Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.  Provide training to workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills. Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.  Administer all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and monitoring. Prepare and maintain employee attendance records and provide feedbacks to employees on same. Feb 2012 to Feb 2014: Saudi Arabia:  Employed by Metals Services Company assigned as Site Safety Supervisor in Taif Project Ma’aden Gold Mining. Duties include Conduct safety induction to all new workers to ensure strict adherence to safety procedures in the workplace. To conduct weekly toolbox meeting or as maybe needed by workers to ensure maximum observance of safe practices at the workplace. Corrects any unsafe working practices or procedures observed at the work place and make constant follow-up in order to close out the noncompliance. Conduct regular inspection of work procedures and practices to ensure maximum adherence to safety standards of concern government agencies without stoppage of work. Submits to the management weekly, monthly safety statistics reports to monitor the safety progress of the project. Reviews method statements of work activities to ensure safety of all workers is not compromised. Promotes safety through positive reinforcement at the workplace by using visual aids and guidelines. Assists Project Manager in conducting full investigation of accident / incident, including near misses. Determines probable causes, develops, circulates and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures. Carries out daily site surveys to ensure only safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn. Closely monitors scaffold erection / dismantling work, crane work / lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization and similar hazardous activities and. ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with. Checks and ensures compliance of site work-force with the approved Safe Work Permit System / Procedure in the shipyards in accordance with regulation imposed. Participates at Corporate / Project-developed Safety Training / Incentive and Awareness Programs; attends safety meetings with the client / other builders. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Implementation the approved company’s Loss Prevention Program (LLP) and schedule “D” requirements.
  • Conduct Safety Orientation and meeting with the newly employees who have just arrived to job site prior to start the construction works.
  • Provide site training to all appointed fire watch prior to deployment on site for hot work activities.
  • Administer the safety policy with the condition of the immediate supervisors.
  • Keep and update all the safety records of all correspondence pertaining to safety.
  • Prepare and submit monthly safety report, weekly safety report, daily inspection reports, incident/accident reports, near-miss report and etc. to project in-charge.
  • Assist in preparing the Hazard Identification Plan (HIP) as per client requirements and advice the construction and operation to comply.
  • Attend the project weekly progress meeting.
  • Conduct safety inspection, report, and recommendations to be forwarded to the project manager for rectification.
  • Conduct fire extinguisher, rigging and scaffolding inspection with documented proper response to all accident occurrences reporting, investigations, and correction measures to prevent the recurrence in the future.
  • Issue a disciplinary action of any employee not complying with the site safety rules and regulations.
  • Periodic environment monitoring and ensure that employees are protective against exposure to safety health hazards through proper use of Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE).
  • Inspect the job sites for the purpose of discovering hazardous conditions and unsafe practices and exert to correct the same before they can lead to accidents.
  • Conduct a toll box meeting and weekly safety meeting.
  • Involves actively in the dissemination of information on various safety and environmental issues through trainings, lectures, seminars, bulletin, and drills.
  • Identify all hazard observation and inform the concerned to make an immediate action.

Duties includes composing Temporary access inside the plant at Abqaiq from general instruction procedure all documents. Deal with telephone inquiries in professional and timely manner. Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating progress of manpower resources. Prepare police work permit and coordinate official to get an approval. Coordinate with Saudi Aramco in applying Aramco ID access. Coordinate all supervisor and superintendent what we need materials on jobsite. Disposal of equipment on jobsite and duties include timekeeping of equipment and manpower. Arrange for transportation of employee to going vacation, I.D. Aramco.

 

January 2008 To August 2009: Saudi Arabia: Employed by Metals Services Company assigned as Site Administrator and Area coordinator in Shedgum Khurais Downstrem Pipeline Project under Aramco Project. Duties includes composing Temporary access inside the plant at NGL from general instruction procedure all documents. Coordinate meeting, deal with telephone inquiries in professional and timely manner. Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating progress of manpower resources. Coordinate with Saudi Aramco in applying Aramco ID access. Perform independent work of confidential work of using MS Office applications. Administrative support and Secretarial work using MS Office applications and prepare minutes of meeting include general filling in orderly manner. Prepares circulations and memorandums for office communication, ensure availability of office supplies, stationary, printing materials, etc., received officer and official guests, maintain files, record and confidential correspondence, reports memos pertaining to the business activities. Handling day-to-day office routine work requirements efficiently involving general secretarial, support and administrative services, screening telephones calls, inquiries and requests for personnel going for vacations. Duties include timekeeping, collecting attendance at site and make sure that all personnel are present. Assigned as temporary Project Secretary duties include update manpower transfer, update manpower breakdown, and submit to client monthly, assist in making overtime request submitted by the foreman or supervisor for approval of the project manager. Prepare and apply Aramco IDs for employees and vehicles sticker required to enter the plant. Prepares and apply gate passes renew when expired. Make memo fax messages as per instruction by the project manager. Keeping files and essential records for site employees like vacation settlements, reimbursements, vacation request and make saudizition to forward at SAPMT etc. Generate cover letters which will be submitted to the client. Keep records of all newly applied Aramco ID Cards & Drivers Licenses in file. Arrange camp accommodation for newly transferred employee to site. Collects iqama, passport and license as required by the personnel department for renewal.
