chart regarding their medication that is based on their doctor's order, and on their patient chart.
Ensures that the transcribe medicines from the patient chart are
accurate, including the dose, route and time of administer. Charged and encodes medication for in-patients.
Organize and display medication on treatment room for patients standing medication, including IF's, IV medication and Orals. Communicate with doctors and nurses regarding the patients medication.
Ensures regulated drugs are properly dispense, and monitored by listing each patient who used it, the quantity used and the nurse on duty administered
