I have been in restaurant management for 16 years. Started as a service crew in a well known fast food chain ”Jollibee”. I have an extensive knowledge in customer service and food safety standards. I am passionate in providing great customer service and quality food to guests.  

I have an extensive years of experience in both Managerial and Supervisory Role especially in fast food and casual dining set up. I have great customer service skills and make sure that staff are giving great customer service to all guests. I am always eager to learn and experience new things. I have great ideas to improve and create new suggestions to improve the work environment.

I finished my Degree in Hospitality Industry Management at the Cagayan State University last 2011.
