Lucy Webb

I'm Lucy, a British national originally from the south east of England. I've been teaching Barre since 2015, having received training in both Texas,, USA (smartbarrebody dot com) and London, UK (barreconcept  dot co dot uk), and I have also a Level 3 Mat Pilates certification and have been teaching mat PIlates since 2017. I'm passionate about bringing fitness to all, especially those who may not feel that they are traditionally “sporty” people - since I came to fitness quite late in life. I am also a Soft Tissue Therapist and sports massage practitioner, so I am very knowledgeable about the body and how movement is essential to good health.
