WORK EXPERIENCE-11-YEAR-6-MONTH OF SAUDI ARABIA:

1 WORKED WITH HYUNDAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES AND SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY AS A (OFFICE BOY) IN JSTPP PROJECT WORK PERIOD AUGUST 2014 TILL DATE.

RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES:

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of devices for the workplace.

Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties

Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.

Training new personnel regarding the workplace office responsibilities, when needed.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Serves lunch and preparing tea, coffee, water, and other snacks for boss and office staff as per their requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES FOR SERVICING OF OCCUPIED ROOMS:

Knock the door and enter the room.

All drawers and cupboards are checked for any lost items found of guest deposited to Housekeeping control Desk. 

All dustbins are cleared of garbage.

Soiled linen to be removed.

Bed is made according to procedure for bed making.

Dusting of room is done.

All glassware and Ashtrays have to be cleaned.

Vacuuming of carpet and sofa.

All guest amenities in room have to be replenished

All items used by the previous guest are changed with fresh ones.

Bathroom is cleaned according to procedure.

Replenished all amenities and supplies in the bathroom.

All maintenance work are noted and given to the engineering department.

Report room status to the Housekeeping control desk.

Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy at all times
