As an Executive Assistant Manager, I have over 22 years of experienceworking in hotels, Hajj and Umrah companies, extensive experience in marketing, sales, and operations, building strong relationships with clients and guests, and I was able to do the following:
• Establish and maintain effective internal communication and meetings structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue, and the Director of Events to achieve the budget.
• Oversee sales team recruitment and create training programs to train new and existing employees in the sales department.
• Analyze market trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.
• Check the hotel regularly that internal promotion pieces for visual effects are confirmed with the company standards and are up to date.
