- External static Calculations air & water side.

- Equipment sizing and selection.

- Provide control logic and scenario for equipment.

- Prepare IO’s list andBMS design.

- Arrange tender documents including specification and BOQ.

- Review material Submittal and samples.

- Site support and Supervision.

- Provide material and equipmentinspections.

- Solve and reply on RFI & queries.

- Factory visits and attend acceptance tests FAT.

- Verification on HVAC designs and workshop drawings.

- Familiar with international & local Mechanical standards like: ASHRAE-NFPA-SMACNA-BS-IBC-SBC-UAE Fire &Life Safety Code – LEED –ESTIDAMA.

- Aware with HVAC certification like: Euro vent-AHRI-CE-EN-AMCA-UL.

- Excellent user for engineering software like Revit, Auto Cad, HAP& Elite.
