center through the development of appropriate strategies, business plans,
policies, procedures, and standards for IT technical support activities.
Supervising all activities to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems
(internal and external networks, data center, operating systems, etc.)
and to ensure all user requirements are met.
Also, to ensure that tools enable effective knowledge management
(e.g. backup /archiving systems, file sharing tools, etc.)
are made available and rolled out in the Center.
