Commissioning reviewing the inspection tests and records, operating test procedures and interface with the mechanical & instrumentation commissioning checklist.

➢ Rotating equipment installation and maintenance ensure equipment is being preserved as per the preservation procedure, functional testing, and reliability & performance test run, successful on time project completion.

➢ To identify problems, making reports stating problems, solution of the problems and suggestion to eliminate operational troubles.

➢ Preparation and signing authority for following safety permits hot work, cold work, vessel entry permit, confines space permit& permit LOTO system.

➢ Handling PLC operations ,Making process control decisions,

➢ Maintain the daily chemical dosing rates & daily chemical consumption

➢  Monitoring and controlling the lab analysis report (LIMS ) and I have experience in lab analyzing of WTP & WWTP

➢ Attending the daily operation review meeting discuss with client.

➢ Operation handling UASB Reactor , Belt Filter press , Biogas  sludge Dryer,Lamella Clarifier,

➢ Operation Handling Dual Media Filter, Ion Exchange , Ultra Filtration(UF),(RO) Reverse Osmosis System.

➢ Operation Handling  Membrane Bio Reactor and Bio gas compressor

➢ Making Scheduling and recording  for various membrane  chemical cleaning activities   like  MBR- MC,RC    UF-CEB,CIP    RO – CIP

➢ Scheduling and recording operation and maintenance  activities  producing reports for monthly  chemical preparation  tank cleaning , effluent collecting tank cleaning .

➢ Maintain the daily all equipment process log sheets activities

➢ Handling the operation activity like start up and shutdown process 

➢ Daily production report and maintenance report for H.O & CLIENT ETC.

➢ Maintaining GMP(Good manufacturing practice) .

➢ Maintain the Chemicals stocks and  Responsible of  good Area housekeeping,  Area HSE owership
