With over 27 years of experience in retail operations, I am a business management professional interested in taking up a senior managerial position with your organization. My experience over the years has honed my leadership and mentoring skills and I am confident of my capability driving teams to achieve functional objectives thus contributing to business growth. Presently associated as Operations Manager with Danube, I am responsible for implementing business strategies to enhance revenue generation and assisting retail outlets in accomplishing revenue and profitability targets. Executing crucial projects to improve store performances, and thus operational efficiency is one of my key responsibilities. I also contribute to business development, stock and inventory management, and team coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
