• Setting Up the full mobilization for the catering facility in The RedSea Development company project in Umluj for 16000+ man-days for catering & life support.
• Managing the Operations logistics and storage of food supplies, in several locations across KSA.
• Ensuring of providing the best services of catering operations and designated services to the client 
• Managing the operations area successfully while adhering to the agreed-upon budget and ensuring adherence to KPIs and all business policies and procedures of Finance, HR, Administration, and Operations
• Negotiating competitive contracts with suppliers and utilizing local suppliers to the greatest extent feasible to cut costs and maintaining a supplier base to satisfy contractual obligations and avoid shortages
• Leading the operation team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel and maintaining high levels of staff performance
• Coordinating with the business development department, to continuously update area market intelligence reports as needed, covering competitor activity and identifying potential business opportunities
• Reviewing, monitoring, and regulating purchase requisition (PR) and call-off contracts for catering equipment and utensils, as well as restaurant furniture procurements
• Developing tenders and contract procedures, as well as the yearly budget exercise, and monitoring all costs and expenses linked to the section

- (2018) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Succeeded as an Industrial Catering Consultant in the establishment of Mena AL-Khaleej, a new catering firm, to service a residential compound of 4000 employees (general labor and seniors).

- (2018) Basrah, Iraq: Created and maintained a budget of USD 6,000,000 per year for catering and life support operations and supplies, as well as improving operational efficiency by cutting food costs by 25% and workforce size from 140 to 93.

- (2014) Beirut, Lebanon: Successfully established Harkous Chicken's massive operation as a consultant on the food production line, which included ready-made food products such as crispy, burgers, nuggets and a wide range of products as well as with the development of the packaging and recipes.

- (2007) Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: Won the best Chef competition & finished third out of 120 chefs from Jeddah's five-star restaurants and hotels. The competition was conducted at the Jeddah Hilton hotel.
