I am a self-motivated, hardworking and organized professional with over 18 years’ experience in a production environment.

Last 4 Years of my career I joined an international company and working abroad in Saudi Arabia.

Last 12 years of my career in a role of first line manager. I work with a wide spectrum of departments such as training and development, maintenance, electrical, instrumentation, engineering as well as technical support  and we always work together to achieve the common goal. I am a friendly, but direct person, able to motivate subordinates to further their careers in their work environment. I treat my subordinates as family and each one with respect. I am also the type of person who is proactive in my work and do not wait for anybody to instruct me to do a task. I hate making mistakes, but if I do, I learn from it, not to repeat it. I portray an innovative, enthusiastic, and uncompromising work ethic. I am also safety focussed, I urge people to perform tasks safely. I believe to achieve a goal you must work together as one team – winning with people.
