MD ALTAF ALAM

My name is Md. Altaf Alam, and I am a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I possess a strong passion for merging creativity with technology. Through my proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Cadence Virtuoso, MATLAB, CST Studio, and Visual Studio Code, I aim to achieve significant results by integrating technical precision with innovative thinking.

At IGT Solutions, I worked on the SBI Card process handling both sales and customer support. My role involved explaining credit card features, assisting with applications, and converting leads. On the support side, I resolved billing issues, card activations, and customer queries. This experience improved my communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills in a fast-paced environment.

I earned my Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering (2020–2024) from Chandigarh University, where I gained knowledge in circuit design, communication systems and hands-on experience with tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Cadence.
