I am an enthusiastic highly motivated civil Engineer with an excellent working knowledge of  Planning & Cost analysis and Pricing and pro-active team member in some of big Companies like CRCC (China rail way) and have been involved in variety of construction projects including Housing Development; High rise buildings, industrials, commercial, Hospitals, Residential Buildings, Interior fit-out works, Landscaping works, Infrastructure works and Parking Structures. I have gained deep awareness of contracts and advanced IT Skills. I have experience of +10 years in the construction field, I have good knowledge in some software such as MS office, P6 Oracle, swift plan, I have a good relation with vendor, I know market prices, I have updated data base for material, Equipment and man power prices.
