I’m looking for a job as Admin & HR Manager, as I feel my experience which is more than 22 years in Administration, Legal, HR would be an adding value for the company. As an Executive Legal Administrator & HR, manager i was performing and managing all Admin & Hr. Operational tasks, from Recruiting, training, providing executive management and support to the President/CEO, serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors, managing varied HR activities (evaluating and monitoring employee’s performances with an effective communication & excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills), Payroll in addition to PRO & GRO. This grant me the ability of Supporting and being the strong Business Partner to the Top Management that secure any new business lead and support companies to reach its Planned targets.

  • Lead on the creation and implementation of HR policies & procedures and try to follow the best practices.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Assure that all processes are Legally compliant to the Kingdom Laws and regulation

(Conducting investigations, maintaining records).

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
  • developing systems and processes within the organization that address the strategic needs of the business
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing 

program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit 

interviews, recommending changes.

  • Being a Liaison between Organization & Employees, which will facilitate the procedures In Human Resources like recruitment classifying certificates.
  • Follow-up to the decisions of the Ministry of Commerce, Labor Office,and Social Security, and the Ministry of Interior related to expatriate.
  • Handling All Governmental Correspondence
  • Controlling All Governmental Systems from Muqeem to Gosi to Labor Office & Understanding all the implemented processes thru such systems. 
  • Attending & Preparing the Board Meeting & the Annual Board Meeting, and other extraordinary meetings.
  • Following-up the Renewal of All Company Legal Documents from CR, Chamber of commerce, Municipality, & Other License & Authorizations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the General Director on the various activities of the Department
  • Support the development & implementation of the Company strategy.
  • Implementing government corporate laws & regulations after reviewing them with the managing director and propose the necessary legal recommendations.
  • Preparing the employment contracts.

Building & Maintaining relationships with legal institutions, which provide legal support to the company in managing its operations.

  • Holding Bachelor degree in Law from The Lebanese University  (Faculty of Law) - (1996-1997)
  • Completed SHRM course for HR (Society for Human Resource Management) 2015. 
  • Certificate of Completion Professional Executive Director (approved by KHDA)
  • Certificate of Completion in NLP Diploma (Approved by NTC-HD & KHDA)
  • Certified institutional Trainer Latest Version of T.O.T (International Management Advance College & Approved by KHDA).
  • Completion Certificate of Expert in Contract Management & Contract Relationship (Geneva Institute of Law & Human Rights – Netherland, KHDA)
  • Certified Human Resource Consultant (IMAC – Netherland & KHDA).
  • Certified Quality Controller (Approved by European Health & safety & KHDA).

FIDIC Course (Understanding FIDIC’s Standard Form of Contract).
