• Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing relationships with project different consultant 
• Doing quality control checks for site works on periodic basis 
• Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings 
• Preparing site progress reports 
• Making safety inspections to ensure site safety regulations are met 
• Understand the project contract and relevant documents
• Understand the budget and its various elements
• Develop a detailed Project Plan - goals and deliverables. Review these with project team 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Report and escalate to management as needed
