  • Responsible for renovation of 56 All Villa property including exclusive 20 Pool Villas  projected to be open in Q4 2022 in terms of (Design /FF&E /SOE / Furnishing/budgeting /Recruitment/Purchasing/property management financial reports/sales and marketing/maintenance/ PMS System Integration ).

Key Accomplishments 

  • Restructured the resort from scratch including concept /furniture/F&B outlets/Amusement centre, room’s revenue, operations of front desk, reservation office, and guest service managers ahead of opening.
  • Planed activities, room/ F&B revenues, operations of front desk, reservation office, and guest service managers ahead of opening.
  •  Authorized the schedules for the entire property staffing /trainings, managed the expenditures and pre-opening budgets to insure they are being maintained.
  • Successfully done with Hotel Management System integration, Website Development, OTAs contracting, Social Media and Marketing Plan, Recruitment of all department heads.
