Pre contract Duties:

• Assisted in completing Pre-Qualification documents for tenderer.

Post contract Duties:

• Liaised closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the Quantity Surveying & Contracts functions are implemented to the highest standards.
• Attended commercial meetings and prepared contractual correspondences according to the contract provisions and clauses.
• Produced monthly operating statements by prescribed dates and to discuss the commercial implications of that statement with the Project Manager.
• Prepared and submitted the Statement at Completion & Final Statement in accordance with contract.
• Assisted the Project Manager in identifying circumstances occurring on the project which entitle the company to additional cost or time and to ensure that contractual notices are given within the time limits set down in the Contract.
• Taking off for material ordering purposes and contribute the Joint Measurement.
• Assisted to project manager in selecting subcontractors and suppliers, as well as managing all commercial matters and legal matters with them.
• Prepared value engineering proposals to help the design team to stay within the project budget using practical solutions.
• Prepared monthly project cost reports with documents demonstration.
• Prepared project monthly progress reports with documents demonstration.
• Assisted the Project manager in Cost forecasting at the completion of milestones to another milestone.
• Prepared project management planning documents such as Cash Flow, Manpower Histogram etc.
