• Engineering Manager in NABNY LIMITED COMPANY – KSA                                                         (JAN. 2024 TILL NOW)

Duties:

• Create and follow up development plan of company according to responsibility matrix.
• Upgrade company organization chart according to strategic vision.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects milestones are met.
• Manage budgets, cost estimations, and projects’ cashflows, risk assessment and mitigation.

Project:   KAP3 Project (developing the security locations of MOI) at Head Office (Budget 11.5 billion SR).

• Manage four disciplines (Struc. - Arch – Elec. - Mech.) & 46 senior engineers in their obligations according to staff hierarchy and job description in team spirit.
• Prepare procedure for coordination & following up with construction team for (site RFIs – NCRs - approved drawings and submittals – site handing over).
• Attended the weekly progress meetings with client and contractor, discussing the progress in technical activities and related matters.

Achievements:

• Motivating staff and brainstorming in Value Engineering led up to cost saving for client = 507 million SR.
• Create work procedures and checklist forms for auditing and approved technical submittals (drawings – materials and samples– subcontractors' qualifications - vendors).

Duties:   

• Leading the technical team and coordination of engineering activities among all disciplines through facilitating and leading (workshops and coordination meetings) to issue and approve all required technical submittals in project scope.
• Ensuring that the client requirements are fully and correctly understood, and are effectively communicated to staff.
• Liaison and coordination with QA / QC and construction teams for proper execution of project activities as per the Engineering approvals.
• Liaison and Coordination with cost control and Planning Teams in evaluation of claims, scope of works and the progress of different submittal logs.
• Attending periodically the progress meetings with client & Consultant, discussing the progress in technical activities.
• Organizing meetings with the Engineer’s staff as is necessary, in order to interpret Technical Contract requirements or variations to those requirements correctly.
