- I worked as a site engineer and was responsible for the following:
➢ Managing a project of 800 cameras installation and configuration on the system (Milestone X protect system).
➢ Responsible for providing internal communicate with controlling room to ensure that all camera’s working properly & external communication with relevant agencies on CCTV matters.
➢ Ensure that CCTV control room is managed and that technical equipment there and elsewhere is properly maintained; supplies; services, repairs and maintenance are purchased.
➢ Responsible for check daily the cameras status to ensure that (All cameras are clean from dust and dirt, all cameras are working properly, all cameras are recording data without any stopped, all cameras are connected to the system and identify on the application used (Net Avis, Milestone, or any application used).
➢ Responsible for solve any problems appear during monitoring CCTV cameras and sends the necessary supervisor(S) and technicians to check and repair if necessary.
➢ Responsible for all manuals and technical date sheet for assets related to CCTV systems and should be save it in safety place.
➢ Escalating to site manager any unsolved problems related to CCTV systems.
➢ Install, Securing and full administrate Net Avis /Millstone applications.
➢ Install all client’s desktop and make sure CCTV program running well.
➢ Ensure there is appropriate 24/7 emergency response to CCTV failures.
➢ Responsible of Main Buildings Access Doors Control system (Miwa Lock) including assigning different access permissions to employees.
➢ Responsible of High Secured Data Center Access Control System (Finger Tech) and issuing Smart Cards and Passwords to different users.
