• Leading the digital transformation Strategy consulting development activities, including envisioning, as-is assessment, to-be definition, gap analysis, road map development, architecture governance setup.
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) UIPath Project manager Identifying and designing business processes for automation, Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Managing the company e-commerce website (TireEx.com) by creating a structural and fast communication between related departments such as shipping and inventory. Creating an effective SEO and attractive content that can be converted into leads and sales. Create target plans for sale and marketing with weekly or monthly reports.
