• Experience & service record :
  ( January 1986 to February 1989 )
  For 3 years I was working as electric maintenance engineer in food productions 
  factory in 10th of Ramadan city , I was responsible to keep the production lines to 
  work 24 hours / day with minimum problems time . In that factory I experienced 
  how to work under pressure and to control the technicians to reduce the suspended 
  time . There was dc motors drivers , boilers , packaging machines ( Swiss made ),
  Integrated biscuits / chocolate production lines ( British made ) , electric ovens with 
  thyristors control , refrigerators, compressors , heavy food mixers with speed 
  control systems . After while I was responsible for the mechanical activities also .
  ( March 1989 to July 1989 )
  I worked for 4 months with a British oil exploring co. in the west desert but I didn’t 
  Continue with it because of short term contracts .
  ( October 1989 to June 2020 )
  I worked in a metallic productions industry in 6th October city at a multinational
  industrial company { FRANKE KITCHEN SYSTEMS EGYPT }. In that industry 
  we have the most advanced technologies in that field. I started as electronics
  engineer then supervising the mechanical activities then Promoted to be 
  maintenance section head , then maintenance manager .

I have a good experience with spray ROBOT systems ( ABB-British made ) ,
machines controlled by PLC ( siemens S5 & S7, Mitsubishi , LS ).
Also I have a good experience with CNC machines for production of metallic dies ( 
USA made ) , programmable seam and spot welding machines ( ITALY made ) , 
workshop machines . Also the heavy hydraulic presses , as I worked with ( 350 t , 
640 t , 1200 t , 1500 t ).
Containing an electronic displacement control systems and a proportional
hydraulic valves . I have good experience with boilers , chillers , industrial 
compressors , ovens with burners , computer control polishing and grinding 
machines ( Italian made ) and many of other machines . 
The diversity of the machines and the control techniques gave me a very good 
industrial experience . 
- I had a training in USA for CNC machines maintenance and designing the 
preventive maintenance programs.
- Also I had a training in ITALY for CNC welding techniques and computer 
programmable machines .

As a Maintenance manager I am responsible for all the maintenance activities in allover 
the plant ..
machines troubleshooting and fix , installations , specify the new needed machines and 
equipment , negotiation to get the best prices and best specifications for machines and 
spare parts , preparing the reports and papers for the efficiency of equipment and people 
and analyze for the breakdowns and costs and consumptions , have the ability to lead a 
team to get the best results in a short time by less cost .
Responsible to plan the preventive and predictive maintenance for the plant machines and 
equipments , acting and control all the HSE rules for the team and auditing the different 
related departments like the purchasing , sales and production according to the company 
rules . Also I have the mission of the working people development with the cooperation

with the HR department according to the company rules . Have the ability to 
communicate the working people and discuss the suggested ideas to improve the type of 
work and courage them to think and suggest a practical solutions for the work problem
