Mohammed Alsaeedi

My name is Mohammed Alsaeedi, a Yemeni Nationality. I have an M.Sc. degree in computer networks and B.Sc degree in computer science. Currently, I am working as Systems and Data Analyst at KFUPM, Saudi Arabia and have strong skills in analysis and design of digital solutions, data analytics, software development, excellent problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Developed two web applications: Saudi staff promotion and HR data quality validation using ASP.Net and CakePHP respectively.
• Conducted the requirement analysis, BPMN flowcharts, and testing of HR e-services (e.g., Employee Clearance, Faculty Performance
Appraisal, Vacancies Demanding, Loan Request, Ticket Request, Exit-ReEntry Request) developed using Oracle Enterprise
Service Bus (ESB).
• Worked with a team to integrate the HR data with the Government Service Bus (GSB) using the Django web framework and SOAP.
• Collaborated with systems stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, technical compatibility, and user satisfaction.
• Provided documentation of all HR-related processes (e.g., SRS, FRS, BPMN flowcharts) and training as needed.
• Liaising with IT outsourcing companies to implement and/or upgrade HR systems to improve the user experience.
• Developed the policy and procedure for the department of HR Digital Solutions (i.e, Access to HR Data and Systems Policy and
Procedures, HR Systems Policy and Procedures).
• Developed many analytical and monitoring KPIs for improving the university HR data quality.
• Developed many business dimensional data models using IBM Cognos BI Framework Manager.
• Developed complex HR analytical and interactive BI reports using IBM Cognos BI Report studio.
• Designed and implemented an HR data analytics dashboard.
• Manage and maintain the KFUPM HR Cognos BI Framework.
• Identify relationships between data elements, find trends, and forecast HR data patterns.
• Developed an HR attrition prediction model (using nearly 5000 samples of former employees dataset).
