● Planning and securing the required raw materials and Packaging in a monthly basis
● Managing the process of creating purchase requests (PRs) to purchase orders (POs)
● Manage the overall supply planning activities end to end for the insource and outsource materials
● Manages supply bottlenecks and similar issues
● Preparing a perfect tracking sheet to tackle missing any order
● The contact person for any RMs/packaging related inquiries needed by production
● Communicate proactively with internal and external suppliers about major deviations in supply and demand balance.

● Manage and control the inventory levels Works closely together with Production
● Planning & Operations on stock availability Prepare XYZ Report.
● Manage the online tool like MDG requests for New Material code creation, reactivation, etc

● Understanding the process of Vinyl Chloride Monomer Plant regarding Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram(P&ID), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Startup, Shutdown, Commissioning and decommissioning.
● Process engineering calculations using excel and ASPEN HYSYS to do mass-balance, Energy Balance, Pressure drop in the pipeline, reactor, and furnace efficiencies.
