• Worked with Department Head and other Senior Management across the Division to effectively design, develop, and launch scalable support solutions and tools that address business needs while meeting our high standards of secretarial support. • Experience in various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects. • Experience in maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports. • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf. • Experience in Organizing meetings, including scheduling, create agendas, briefing documents, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
• Have an experience in welcoming visitors, briefing executive/teams on agenda/business details, creating the necessary paperwork (gate passes, hotel, clearances, etc.) as needed. • Managing executive's complex scheduling needs, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. • Coordinating travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip briefing documents. • Co-ordinate and distribute papers and documents as appropriate • Preparing correspondence and documents as instructed according to the department-established procedures • Experience in use agreed correspondence systems as required to track progress of outstanding actions/sign off and follow up • Ensuring both paper and electronic filing systems are developed and maintained to the standard required • Answering phone calls and respond to queries related to Workshops generic activities or divert calls to relevant staff • Prepares and processes payroll via Workday Payroll. • Experience in Receive, check, record and file all technical and non-technical documents as per established policy and procedures and keep under safe custody • Input document data into required registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date • Experience in retrieve and record clearly on document register to whom they have been issued, date and distribute as appropriate • Providing document control reports as requested, review progress and point out errors and/or delays or issues to relevant staff • Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures in work and other corporate procedures and comply to any new work instructions • Performing other duties / tasks as required.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFACTION:
• B.E in Computer Science on Anna University, April 2008.
SKILLS:
• Experience in developing spreadsheets in Excel(Advance Concept), Power BI, ERP, SQL Server, MS -Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Suite. • Extensive experience working in Head of Department and Senior Management Office dynamics. • High performing individual with proven track-record • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills, ability to mutli-task, high service orientation, commitment and flexibility • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
