• Excellent knowledge of various National & International Standards/codes such as API, ISA, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, NEC, NFPA used in Instrumentation & Control.
• Perform the installation, maintenance & repair of the physical plant & pump stations & their components.
• Erection, Commissioning, Loop Testing & SAT works for replacement of RTU’s.
• Configuring and faults diagnosis of PLC, SCADA, RTU, Profibus Communication, Analyzers and Control Loops. 
• Calibration of instruments like differential pressure transmitter, Flow meters, Temperature Tr, Level Tr and control valves etc...
• Preparation of test procedure and as built Engineering and wiring documents.
• Installation, calibration, and loop checking of the field instruments (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, ABB).
• Instrument cable, PLC panel installation.
• Preparation of specification sheets of all field instruments.
• Erection of Field JB and Local Panels.
• Understanding of P&I Diagram and execute same on site.
• Coordinating with other discipline Engineers, Project & site engineers, Client/ consultants.

• Have a working knowledge of the operation, methods, and procedures of a wastewater treatment plant.
• Have a working knowledge of the machinery used for wastewater treatment and pumping stations.
• Perform daily checks of the wastewater treatment process and periodic checks of pumping stations
• Have experienced in Installation and Commissioning of various type of Instruments. 
• Formulate a plan, Review and Analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the equipment instrumentation to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation. 
• Configuring &faults diagnosis of PLC, SCADA, RTU, Profibus Communication, Analyzers and Control Loops.

• Installation & Programming of VFD (ABB, delta), SOFT STARTER (ABB, Schneider, Emersion) of medium voltage.
• Design & Install STAR-DELTA, DOL, AUTO TRANSFORMER.
• Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers: Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, Turbidity, TDS.
• Install and troubleshoot Electrical panel for high pressure, Booster pump &valve.
