Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure models are accurate, incorporate multidisciplinary inputs, and detect design clashes or conflicts.

Clash Detection and Resolution: Perform clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts between different building components or systems prior to construction.

Model Management and Updating: Maintain and update BIM models throughout project phases, reflecting design changes, as-built conditions, and revisions for construction or facility management purposes.

Data Integration: Embed relevant metadata and information in models, including specifications, quantities, schedules, and procurement data, enabling downstream use in cost estimation, scheduling, and asset management.

Quality Control: Ensure models meet project standards, guidelines, and client requirements for accuracy and detail.

Documentation and Reporting: Generate drawings, visualizations, walkthroughs, and reports from BIM models to assist project teams and clients in understanding design intent and progress.
