Senior Electrical Engineer with +15 years of engineering experience. participated in various construction projects like; Medical buildings, Colleges, Governmental institutions, hotels, commercial buildings, utility buildings, renovation, and infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

Through my career path I’ve gained an experience in tendering, estimation, design & construction, drawings, calculations, projects, programs and portfolio  management, coordination, testing/commissioning and projects handing-over; according to the international codes, engineering standards and governmental specification.

• MEP projects and program management through all stages from starting to successful closing out, considering integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risks, procurement, communication and stakeholder managements.
• Estimating, invoicing, tendering, contracting, and financing of electrical projects.
• MEP engineering process like materials submittals, shop drawings/ as-built, approvals, take-off, selections, MOS, calculations and design of electrical systems.
• Supervising site MEP progress,coordination, quality control,approval and reporting.
• Project close out includingtesting/commissioning, snagging and documentations.
• Projects financial management, cash flow, cost planning and procurement.
