I have a  master's degree in curriculum and instruction of science  ( pedagogy) so, I do consider myself a person who has an integration between theory and practice  and I know what does research evidence tell us about effective teaching  in elementary, intermediate and high school and what are pedagogical options do we have that have been proven to be successful in practice,   furthermore, I have a piece of profound knowledge and expertise as a science teacher who  has been teaching science for more than 14 years and conducting some  educational investigations and research  on students learning, so I know  what we can do to ensure that our instructional design supports students'  achievement of the learning outcomes that we expected them to achieve, and what are circumstances  and environments where students learning is more likely to happen, in addition to that I have some expertise about educational technology like designing online courses, mobile learning ,and I did some projects to help My ELLs to learn  academic subject in English So I designed  bilingual glossary using a particular software, I also designed mobile courses for students who  are not able to come to the school, I do believe the school can make use of my experience and knowledge in a wide variety of ways and
