Mechanical Engineer, with over 10 years of experience, mostly in managerial positions in the facility operation & maintenance sector. That included the following:

• Facility HVAC & applied systems (Chiller, AHU, and others). 
• Mechanical, Plumbing, and firefighting sectors.
• Housekeeping & landscaping.
• Administrative work, computer system data entry, and reports.

My work included facilities such as tourist establishments, hospitals, banks, organization headquarters, and other facilities.

I am seeking a full-time opportunity as a Facility/ maintenance manager, with an established, goal-oriented, purpose-driven organization with scope for career advancement and professional development.

As a facility manager, my primary objective is to support the company’s core goals by facilitating a smooth flow of activities in delivering its business services. In order to do this, I aim to impart my full expertise in planning, budgeting, delegating, networking, performance control, and evaluation to all the processes within the company. 

I have performed managerial duties in multiple establishments and this has broadened my understanding and capabilities in maintaining a suitable working environment. 

I am also committed to utilizing business practices that will maximize productivity while reducing operating costs. With this said, I believe that I will be an asset to the company.
