I am Mohamed Thamby Ilham, a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 5 years of professional experience in Sri Lanka, Qatar, and currently Saudi Arabia. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Oxford Brookes University – UK, along with a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Pearson – UK.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, contract administration, variation management, and subcontractor payment assessments. My expertise extends across MEP and civil works, giving me a strong multidisciplinary background.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I have successfully completed professional training in CostX, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6, enhancing my technical and project management capabilities.

I am passionate about contributing to the success of construction projects through cost efficiency, accurate measurement, and effective contract management.
