10+ years of experience in Mechanical systems Cost estimation, Quantity surveying and Designing of
Commercial, Residential and Industrial Building systems designing including HVAC, Chilled water networks,
Plumbing, Fire Fighting (FF), Sewage treatment plants (STP) Water Treatment plants (WTP) by using relevant
engineering codes and standards. Preparation of Building Shop drawings as well as related specification of
mechanical equipments and systems according to design proposal guidelines. Practical knowledge in
implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) by Using REVIT-MEP. Hands on experience in 3D
modeling of MEP services and equipment Library Development in REVIT MEP. Experienced in performing
hydraulic calculation and nodal analysis of pipe Works with aid of computer software ’s related to MEP
design. Coordination of design with site execution work. Cost estimation and bid evaluation at tendering stage
of MEP systems for commercial, residential and Industrial. Preparation of RFQs/RFPs for
suppliers/subcontractors and collect quotation/proposals.
