MUHAMMAD KHAWAR NASEEM

I am  PMP certified civil/structural engineer having 20 years experience in many spheres of civil construction  field, holding coursework transcript in PhD Structural Engineering from NUST, did my masters in Seismic Structural Engineering from NUST. I served in Pakistan Army for over 26 years including 8 years in FWO and 1 year in UN. I also served in United Bank Limited in Regional Headquarters  as Cluster Head Corporate Services Group responsible for Facility Management,9 storey building administration and renovation projects of more than 600 bank branches in length and breadth of Punjab province. I’m experienced in design/analysis of structures in SAP2000/ETABs, with adequate expertise in softwares  3D Autocad, Revit, SAFE,  STAADPro and PrimaVera.  I also remained involved in construction project planning/management, tender/bids evaluation,  preparation of RFI, RFP, RFQ, preparation of Bills of Quantities /estimates and arbitration in projects.

I served in Pak Army and retired as Major after putting on more than 26 years of commissioned service. Management of roads, tunnels, building construction, water works and public health engineering projects including feasibility study, planning, execution and closing of projects with special nag for quantity surveying, estimation, arbitration and mediation in projects, is my hallmark of 26 years of service in Corps of Engineers out of which I served in its subsidiary outfit  Frontier Works Organization (FWO) as senior project manager and later on as project director. I also served for one year assignment in United Nations as part of military contingent in 2010 and after retirement, I joined the  Regional Headquarters of the second largest bank of Pakistan, United Bank Limited (UBL) in Corporate Services Group for some time, having more than 1400 branches across the country being responsible for renovation and reconstruction  projects of more than 600 bank branches in addition to Facility Management and Administration of the  9 storey Regional Headquarters building in Lahore. I am experienced in Tender/ Bids evaluation, preparation of RFI, RFP, RFQ, preparation of Bills of Quantities /estimates, financial analysis, cash flows, inventory management, logistics of all sorts of materials including perishable items of rations and construction. I have worked on many construction/structural engineering soft wares for analysis of Structures in SAP2000/ ETABS. 

I am a PMP certified Project Professional with more than 25 years of project management in the field of construction and also holding coursework transcript of PhD Structural Engineering from NUST from where I did my masters in Seismic Structural Engineering in 2015 whereas I had already  done my MBA in Human Resource  Management  from Allama Iqbal Open University(AIOU),  Islamabad
