Preparation of Project Schedule Works using Primavera P6. • Producing the weekly, monthly reports in detail based on the work progress. • Planning & Scheduling of all required resources (Equipment, Manpower and Material) as per scope of work and Project Specifications under direction of “Project Manager”. • Identifying Schedules time to time. • Assist “Project Manager” & Coordination with “Head of Planning” to prepare the ‘Time Extension” (EOT) claims and upgrade the WBS of time schedules. • Preparation Cash flow, S-Curve & Manpower Histogram. • Develop short term schedules such as 2,3 Week Look-Ahead and 2,3 Months Look-Ahead.
