Processed client queries sent to the head office, ensuring prompt resolution and guiding clients on the effective use of E-channels (ATM, Mobile App, and Online Banking).
Consistently followed all relevant departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to maintain control and consistency in operations.
Deliver constructive opinion to customers for new banking products and services.
Facilitate and govern transactions made through E channels.
Issue ER ATM cards for customers.
Train and coach the branch team in order to increase customer satisfaction.
