PROJECT ENGINEER & DESIGNR (2017 JUL- continuous) 

Future of building & construction EST. (FBCC)

 Responsible for the work of designs (external, interior, details) in addition to engineering supervision of its implementation and other contracting works and project management. 

Some projects: Villas, residential buildings, hotels, office, show room, and Glass works. Responsibilities: 

◼ Preparing the architectural designs (exterior, interior and details) of the project.

◼ Prepare the project's agenda, allocate resources and project budgets. 

◼ Organizing and managing contracts with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. 

◼ Follow up and make sure all business is delivered in a timely manner, with costs and quality. 

◼ Supervising the site and building work and Preparing periodic, monthly and final reports. 

◼ Preparing inventory of quantities and final extracts. 

◼ Control the project from start to till the end. 

PROJECTS MANAGER (2014 JUN- 2017 APR) 

Glass Art & Decor Factory. (IKK GROUP) 

Participant in the design and implementation of factory IKK GLASS and responsible for implementation external projects.

Some projects: (BINLADIN Five royal's palace Riyadh) (BINLADIN MOI buildings Mean, Mozzdalefa ,Arafat ) ) main office of AlSabban Company in Jeddah ) (Arabian roots of new airport in Jeddah) (Radisson Blu Hotel, Quraish Street, Jeddah) (ALKAYAT MALL new in Jeddah) (ASSILAH TOWER Alssad company) 

Responsibilities: 

◼ Develop a financial plan for the project, schedule and allocate resources to the project 

◼ Coordination of work and designs, direct contact with consultants and project managers. 

◼ Design of interior and exterior decoration and work of engineering details for project. 

◼ make sure that all works are delivered in a timely. 

◼ Control the project from start to till the end.

SITE ENGINEER (2013 JULY – 2013 DES) 

Acyl Al sham co. 

Site engineer responsible for supervising the implementation of the chain of restaurants (Hardee's - KFC). 

Responsibilities: 

◼ Supervising construction work. 

◼ Contact consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the project. 

◼ Ensure that all materials used and the work done are according to the required specifications. 

◼ Supervision of quality control, health and safety on site. 

◼ Check the quantities to ensure the accuracy of the calculations. 

SITE ENGINEER (2012 FEB – 2013 MAY)

 Escan Almoden Development of Buildings co.

 Site engineer responsible for supervising the implementation of the Villas Group & Residential buildings.

Responsibilities: 

◼ Make sure that all materials used and work done are according to specifications. 

◼ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that arise and provide technical advice. 

◼ Audit and interpretation of design and contract documents submitted by project consultants. 

◼ Checking quantities for accuracy of calculations. 

◼ Preparing design, drawing, and details. 

◼ Preparing reports as required.
