Currently, I work as a Project Delivery Manager. In my role, I Manage 8 teams in two countries of direct reports (from Analyst to Principal level) including ongoing performance and project outcomes. During my time in this role, I successfully implement a Agile Project  methodology , kanban board, and manage SOP, and KPIs. I have gained valuable skills in People management that I look forward to bringing to the Careem.
