✓ oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such a receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, and maintaining clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly

✓ Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

✓ Maintaining the per level, stock on hand and purchase reorder.

✓ Perform to work for internal delivery preparing for store-to-store transfer, Packaging, and labeling. 

✓Maintaining the goods rotate stock. 

✓ Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate. 

 ✓ Preparing tracking records of all procurement transactions and status reports of orders, purchase request, inquiries, deliveries, and payments schedule.

✓ Managing the company Enterprise resource planning (ERP) oracle system relate to the supply Chain Department.

✓ Update and submit monthly procurement report to the finance manager such as accumulated discount, purchase orders, supplier delivery invoices and other important document.
