 I have been working as a psychiatrist at university hospitals, for almost twenty-four years now, I am also a professor of Psychiatry at Mansoura Faculty of Medicine where we used to hold academic and research duties side by side to our clinical work. but I am aiming to take my career one step further by gaining multicultural experiences and working with psychiatrists from other nationalities and benefiting patients wherever I go .
having being in The UK for my doctorate degree by joint supervision system with Oxford university ,this era of my postgraduate career taught me a lot of skills and was the foundation step for building up the clinical skills i hold till date .
 I will be able to bring my knowledge and skills set into it, where I can help patients and grow professionally. As a psychiatrist, i treat patients with their hectic life and major stressors acting as risk factors for many mental illness .

In my current job, I diagnose and treat  patients with mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety disorder and their family members . Besides that, I also provide therapy sessions for patients who are dealing with an addiction problem. Moreover, I currently cover emergency psychiatric services, consultation lasion, military medical committee ,autism center ,report writings and forensic psychiatry issues .
I have a list of published research articles and book chapters and I have good experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and I help with Training of healthcare workers at the hospital .
