Energetic and team player, with more than 22 year’s experience in Packaging of tinplate, aluminum and plastic container products, and 8 years’ experience in Machine Shop and metal fabrication using manual and sophisticated CNC and CAD/CAM machines fabricating tooling for electronics, semiconductors, tool and die, plastic injection and blow molding tools, Aircraft, Space and Defense precision Servo-valve controls and actuators. Has been a Project Manager for building factory warehouse, production, and office facilities. Mainly involved in cost reduction in Packaging business of raw materials for tinplate, components, and plastic containers which requires rigorous test, evaluation, and customer approval that amounts to substantial savings on material and man-hours. Cost Reduction in production process by improving efficiency and OEE, Plant layout for improved materials and process flow, extensively involved in World Class Manufacturing implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology and technique such as DMAIC, KAIZEN, SMED, 5’S, Kanban, and problem solving tools such as RCCA, Fishbone Diagram and TOPS 8D. Accustomed with Middle East, European and Western manufacturing ethics. Toastmasters ACB/ALB. Excellent English command both in written and oral. Very good in writing technical reports, presentations.
