I have over 13 years of experience as a corporate legal, M&A, investments and transactional lawyer, specializing in technology, OTT, media, retail and telecoms sector. Advising clients/companies on various transactions, including, mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, assets purchase transactions, minority investments, series fund raisings, corporate transactions, FEMA, corporate laws advisory, regulatory and secretarial compliance and corporate governance, legal due diligence, drafting of opinions on various aspects of law, commercial contracts, etc. I have been part of legal team of some of the most prominent global and regional names, including Reliance, Vodafone India/Luxembourg, Radisys Corporation and Salam Telecom(Riyadh).

Omer has more than 13 years of experience in legal advisory, M&A, compliance, and regulatory roles across various industries like Telecommunication & IT, Banking, Health Care, Software and Retail. He has experience of working as a Legal Counsel (to companies like Vodafone India & Luxembourg, Reliance Industries Ltd, Radisys Corporation, and American Cyber Systems Group) as a well as with various Law Firms in Delhi and Mumbai. Apart from working on Corporate, commercial and transactional law he also has carved a niche in litigation and dispute resolution where in he has represented various clients in various courts.

I have done 5 years LLB from India. And my Qualification has been verified by WES as of Canadian and US equivalence.
