Responsibilities
• Finding goods or consumables materials of (Toners – Spare Parts of A/C, Printers- Trash bags- Tissue papers....) that most used for the projects or SRG Group. at the best value regarding quality and price from local and foreigners’ suppliers. with the underlying duty of meeting budget constraint to increase profitability.
• Analyzing the forecast for all projects and getting the results and specify High/Small Value Items for get offers from Local/China suppliers, and make deals for providing those items.
• Analyzing the monthly purchased orders from ERP Oracle Cloud and focus on the most of items required.
• Working closely with upper management.
• Preparing proposals and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
• Preparing and issuing the (PR, PO, Sales/Return Order and Agreements).
• Monitoring supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
• Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
• Following up with finance team to updates regarding the PO until closed and paid.
• Leading the finance and Logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies when required.
• Ensuring to do a proper filing for the documents when required.
• Ensuring to prioritize and action all requesters and keep them updated with the status of their request.
• Providing local hands-on support in case of critical requests on spot purchases and emergency purchases of goods and services for the site.
• Enhancing the relationships with supplier by social applications.
• Executing any additional assignment by Procurement Manager.
