Hassan Allam Construction is a national privately owned Engineering & Construction Company operated on a standalone basis with a focus on large scale projects, building material, electrical and mechanical turnkey solutions:      

• Lead large Project Team to finalize project Engineering scope mitigating subsequent delays in 60 days against 90 planned days.
• Directed procurement to achieve planned targets of EGP 280M. long lead Electrical & Mechanical equipment required for the JOTUN Plant. 
• Managed and handled fast track construction activities and accomplished delays recovery of 28.75% progress in 82 days against 8% in 6 months with 1.1 SPI.
• Managed to establish a project extension adding 112 days to project Baseline schedule with achievable targets to avoid Contractual LDs of 1.1%/day.

• Successfully delivered $54 million multi-functional public buildings of the project for Government Authority starting with preconstruction stage to final handing over to the Client.

• Managed the execution of major part part of the project (VIP Zone) delivering structural execution per construction schedule with high end finishes quality.
